Process Improvement Specialist Service

Our Industrial Organizational/Psychologist comes in and provides you with advice backed by lean methodology techniques that will be used to initiate and incorporate efficient workflows, systems, and/or standard operating procedures. Includes 1 hour weekly virtual calls and system initiation which usually takes 1-3 hours per week.

 

TIMELINE: 6-12 weeks

 

PRICING: starts at $71 per hour

Online Business Manager Services

This service is for those in need an Online Business Manager. There is 3-hour weekly minimum retainer requested. The retainer will be invoiced on a bi-weekly basis.

Services Include but are not limited to: 

Project Management – managing a launch, setting up a new online program or membership portal,  establishing a business plan from start to finish, etc.

Operations Management – creating systems for onboarding employees and/or contractors, maintaining client relationships, work flows, communications, etc.

Metrics Management – tracking stats so that your client knows exactly what’s working in their business and what isn’t & recommending next steps.

People Management – outsourcing, managing, and tracking the completion of the day-to-day tasks of your client’s team.

 

HOURLY MINIMUM:  3 hours per week

Virtual Assistant Services

The first week will be used to evaluate current processes, calendar management, and identify which of the services below are needed and the frequency.

 

The following weeks will be used to complete identified tasks.

 

  • Booking appointments

  • Bookkeeping/ QuickBooks entries

  • Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)

  • Date Entry

  • Document creation and proofing (including canva graphics and fliers)

This services is for those in need of a system to get organized and create a solid plan to achieve their goals. 

This program takes an average of 3 hours and includes: 

Initial goal setting meeting
1 year of quarterly planners (includes podcast with tips to efficiently utilize)
Assistance breaking down goals into actionable items
Another Me LLC planning system SOP
Quarterly check-in meetings

This assistance is for those in need of a Video Editor. 

Video editing is the art and process of cutting, adding, and tapping into your most creative mindset in order to manipulate and arranging video clips to tell or deliver a message/story. This service is recommended for those who would like to enhance their video quality with “less stress and never a mess.”
